We are a non-profit 501c3 organization that performs local property tax research, education, policy advisory and taxpayer advocacy since 1991. We address issues concerning tax delinquency through a number of programs designed to arrest abandonment and bring tax reactivation to marginalized communities of color. We provide technical assistance to taxing authorities, responsible tax investors and community development organizations to enable them to acquire and impact abandon property We offer education services through our classes, seminars, and publications. We pioneered probability of redemption theory, landscape indexing, digital due diligence, bid range analysis and many other analytical tools for our community partners.
